Today I went for my pulmonary function test (PFT). The nurse explained this test to me when I scheduled my appointment. Her explanation was spot-on. Basically you put a tube in your mouth and breathe into a machine for a few minutes. Then you breathe some oxygen for a minute or two. Simple, fast, easy!
