20 Health & Fitness Apps for iPhone

The gang over at appstorm.com have put together a nice collection of health and fitness iPhone apps. Perhaps my iPhone and bypass/band friends will find these useful.

Everyone wants to improve their health, whether it be through joining an expensive gym or purchasing a pricey set of equipment for their home. What a lot of people don’t realize is you don’t need all this expense and clutter. All that’s really required is determination, and a motivation to stay fit.

There are hundreds of iPhone apps for all manner of health and fitness tasks. You can monitor what you eat, how you exercise – even measure different calorie intake or your body mass index. With this list, you can have a full on personal trainer as well as an arsenal of exercises in the palm of your hand!

I personally use “Nutrition Menu” and “BP Buddy”. I think I am going to purchase “Men’s Health Workouts” and “Water Your Body” today.

    Great write up. The iPhone is truly amazing and I don’t like being without it. This time last year I had jumped in a pool with my iPhone and it was dead. I had to wait 10 days before I was able to purchasea new one. The phone I had was a cheap go phone. I really love all the games that can be downloaded to the iPhone. The best part about the iPhone to me is the ability to check emails on the go. Thanks for the information.
